All gifts to Froedtert Hospital Foundation can be made in honor of or in memory of the person of your choice. Simply designate the gift as a tribute gift online or on the printed form you can fill out and send in with your gift. If you would like to include a request for memorial gifts to the foundation in an obituary, please list the following link to the online donation form. Gifts-in-Kind

The Foundation is unable to accept gifts of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, dialysis machines, IV pumps, insulin pumps, etc.
