Tribute Gifts
A gift to the Froedtert Hospital Foundation is an ideal way to remember a loved one or pay tribute to a caregiver or another special person in your life. Staff members honored by your donation will receive notification of your generous gift and expression of gratitude.
All gifts to Froedtert Hospital Foundation can be made in honor of or in memory of the person of your choice. Simply designate the gift as a tribute gift online or on the printed form you can fill out and send in with your gift. Gifts-in-Kind
The Foundation is unable to accept gifts of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, dialysis machines, IV pumps, insulin pumps, etc.
