Froedtert ThedaCare supports the development of future health care professionals through student placement opportunities across the enterprise.
An affiliation agreement and program memorandum are required for each student clinical experience. Please check the Froedtert ThedaCare Affiliations list for your school name.
For Froedtert South requests (Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital), please contact the medical center directly. The Froedtert ThedaCare affiliation agreement does not cover student placements at these locations.
Student Requests
Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CMN) Students:
All NP & CMN student placement requests will follow a streamlined process using a single application. Apply through Medical College of Wisconsin NP Student Process and Application.
For Graduate Nursing student types:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
- Doctorial Nursing Student Projects
- Master’s in Nursing (MSN)
Requests must be submitted by the school coordinator using the Student Verification System (SVS). To request a school coordinator account, please reach out to [email protected].
Student/Instructor Verification and Orientation
