Our flexible residency programs offer required and elective rotations with activities tailored to meet your needs and interests. The practice site for all programs is Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee unless otherwise noted.

Please follow the detailed pharmacy residency application instructions. You will need to register in PhORCAS and National Matching Service Inc (NMS). Please note the appropriate match code.

Application materials for the 2024-25 academic year are due Jan. 2, 2024.

PhORCAS Application

Invitations to interview will be sent mid- to late January. Candidates selected for an interview for certain PGY2 programs may be asked to submit two projects prior to the interview date. Unfortunately, it is not possible to interview all applicants.
