Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I chose to pursue a residency to build on my foundational knowledge regarding clinical pharmacy practice and gain confidence in my ability to become an effective practicing pharmacist. I also knew that a residency will provide me additional training to attain my career goals.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
A main factor was the people. It is an incredible group of pharmacists to work side by side with. Other reasons that attracted me to the Froedtert & MCW program were rotation variety, staffing model and teaching opportunities.
