Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I chose to pursue a residency to challenge myself professionally while expanding my clinical knowledge. Residency gives me the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of patient care settings that challenge my critical thinking skills to become an impactful and active member of a multidisciplinary care team.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
I was drawn to the culture of a large academic medical center to foster my abilities as a new practicing clinical pharmacist. Additionally, I was attracted to the outstanding preceptors, compassionate and progressive approach to patient care and the high acuity practice setting to continue my growth as a critical care pharmacist.
