Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I pursued a residency program to increase my depth of knowledge of pharmacy practice, both clinically and from an operational perspective.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
The Froedtert & MCW residency program is incredibly flexible and willing to tailor your rotations and projects toward your interests and professional goals.
In contrast to the other programs at which I interviewed, the residency class, though large, felt like a family rather than just coworkers. I felt comfortable during my interview, being able to laugh and joke with the preceptors and learning about the annual Christmas cookie decorating competition from the current residents. Overall, it offered everything I sought in a residency program.
