Why did you choose to pursue a residency?

I chose to pursue pharmacy residency to further develop my skills as a practitioner, researcher, and pharmacy teacher/mentor. I purposefully chose to train at multiple different places (school, PGY1, PGY2) to broaden my knowledge base, experience different pharmacy practices, and learn from multiple different pharmacy leaders.

What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?

The progressive pharmacy practice, the high acuity patient cases, and the amazing pharmacy team that I felt had my best interests in mind as they help me develop as a resident and pharmacist.
