Pharmacist Career Advancement Pathway

Why did you choose to pursue a residency?

I knew that residency training would be necessary for me to practice pharmacy at the level I wish to practice, and would provide me with immense opportunities for growth and development.

What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?

I wanted to train in a forward-thinking and innovative department. Froedtert Hospital’s learning environment is both challenging and supportive, and the program has enough flexibility to allow exploration of niche areas within pharmacy and pharmacy administration while continuing to grow as a clinician.
