COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update: Vaccine Updates | COVID-19 Information | Visitor Guidelines

It's important to monitor your health. Establishing your baseline or "normal" reading for various health aspects makes it easier to see when there is a change that might require some additional tests.

The first step is to talk to your primary care physician. He or she can help you determine what screenings you need — talking about your risk factors, discussing the risks and benefits of screening, ordering laboratory tests and referring you to specialists if needed. If you do not have a primary care physician, call 414-805-3666 or 800-DOCTORS. You can also view video profiles of primary care physicians.

Here are just a few of the screenings we offer. You can also check our calendar for special screening events

Risk Assessments and Quizzes

We offer several online health risk assessments, quizzes and calculators to get you started. Use these tools to help start the conversation with your primary care physician.

We are taking precautions to keep our patients, providers and staff safe during in-person visits. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, you will need a mask when you visit our locations. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one.
