Workforce Health

Workforce Health provides all staff members with virtual and on-site well-being programming at no cost, regardless of FTE status or participation in the medical plan.

Well-being services include:

  • Workplace Clinics — free visits with a healthcare professional at several on-site locations or virtually. In addition to minor illnesses and injuries, the Workplace Clinic also works in conjunction with your primary care provider and offers preventive and wellness services.

MyHR (formerly Lawson Self-Service)

MyHR provides staff with a centralized self-service portal with more convenient access to HR-related services such as pay statements, tax withholding, benefits, internal job postings and other commonly used applications. MyHR offers the functionality of Lawson Self-Service and Talent Management in a user-friendly format with intuitive navigation. 

Login Instructions:

1. Log in to MyHR.

2. Click on the link that looks like the image below and log in by entering your Froedtert Health network user ID and password.

Once logged in, you'll be able to access MyHR by clicking on the nine-dot menu and then "Infor Global HR" pictured below. You will then be directed to the Employee role within MyHR.

  • Accessing W-2s tip sheet — Individuals no longer with the organization may access pay information off-network using this link: pay.froedtert.com. 
    • Refer to the offboarding e-mail you received at the end of employment for the passphrase to register and log in (e-mail sent from [email protected]). 
    • NOTE: You will not be able to register until your last paystub has been posted (10AM CT on the Thursday following the end of your employment). 
    • If you didn’t get the e-mail notification regarding your passphrase, please reach out to HR Services for assistance at 414-777-1999 or at [email protected].
  • Accessing W-2s for active staff off network — To access your W-2’s off network, you will need to download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator application (links to instructions are below) on your phone and use this link: pay.froedtert.com/auth/loginsso. 
    • You will be prompted to login with your network credentials, then you will see a two-digit number to enter into Microsoft Authenticator App, navigate to the Authenticator app and enter the two-digit number, then you can navigate back to the website and view recent paystubs and W-2’s.
    • You will only need to go through this initial registration process one time, please keep Microsoft authenticator app on your phone for future use while signing in off network.
