How do I access opportunities internally?

There are two methods in which an internal staff member can search and apply for opportunities with Froedtert Health.

  1. Internal staff can access "Lawson Self-Service" on Scout via their workstation while on campus.
  2. To access internal job opportunities remotely, use the following link: connect.froedterthealth.org.
     

Note: You may be prompted to download the Citrix application if this is your first time accessing remotely. Proceed with the prompts for allowing Citrix software to be installed.

Login Instructions:

  1. Log in to Citrix

  2. Citrix requires dual authentication — This means you will need your network login and password and a six-digit security code. The security code is generated on your smartphone or tablet via a mobile app and will change every 30 seconds. The app will need to be installed on your device using these instructions.

    Staff members who were not using connect.froedterthealth.org as of Feb. 15, 2018, to access Lawson remotely will need to submit an APS request to get access (CATEGORY: Remote, NAME: "Remote - Connect.FroedtertHealth.org") if they have not already done so.

  4. Enter your Froedtert network log-in name and password. Then enter the six-digit security code generated on your device.

  5. Once logged in, you'll be able to access Lawson Self-Service, Talent Management or MyHR by clicking the icons pictured below.

How do I search for opportunities?

MyHR Careers IconSimply log into the Talent Management application system from work or from home. Select the Employee Space icon and then choose the Opportunities icon to view current job opportunities within Froedtert Health. Alternatively, within MyHR simply click on the “Froedtert Careers” icon.

There will be multiple search boxes at the top of the screen to assist you in finding a specific opportunity, and you can search using multiple boxes at one time. For example, if you are looking for nursing openings at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, you can use the Category search field by selecting the gray arrow and choosing Nursing, and also typing Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital in the Keyword search field. This will display all nursing opportunities located at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital.

*You can use as many search fields as you desire to narrow your search*

Are there any resources available to help me use the new Talent Management system?

Yes, we have a number of resources that are available to you as an internal staff member. By accessing the internal Scout page and selecting HR Connection > Job Opportunities, you will have access to a user friendly instruction guide that will assist you as you search for internal career opportunities through the Lawson Talent Management system.

What information does Froedtert Health need to see on my profile/application?

In order to better understand your qualifications, please be as thorough as possible by adding your past employment history, education and credential information.

Keeping your profile complete and up-to-date will expedite your career search.

I am having trouble trying to attach a resume to my profile, what are my options?

We understand that you may wish to attach a resume in addition to completing your online application, so we would like to provide a couple different options.

  1. You may reach out to a Talent Acquisition representative at 414-777-1955, and they can attach your resume to your profile.
  2. You may also choose to save a copy of your resume on a Froedtert computer on campus, and attach to your profile by accessing the Talent Management icon on the desktop.
    • Once you are given the option to attach a resume, please select the Attach button in the upper left hand corner.
    • The following box will show up and allow you to attach your resume. Simply click on the type of document you are attaching and then click Browse to choose the file you would like to attach.


       

How do I know the status of my application?

When you apply for a position, you will receive an email notifying you that your application has been received.

To further track the status of your applications log into the Talent Management application system, select the Employee Space icon and then select Opportunities to see a list of Froedtert Health current job opportunities.

There will be a series of three tabs in the upper left-hand corner. Select My Applications to view your current application status and see where your application is in the process.

How do I save my application, if I do not have time to finish submitting it?

Your application will save as you go, so if you fill out a portion of the application and stop, you can come back to it.

Log into the Talent Management system. Select the Employee Space icon, and then select Opportunities. Select the My Applications tab to view your current application status. You will have an option to Continue Applying, and can finish your application where you left off.

I received an email notification stating my application was incomplete.  How do I update my application and resubmit my application?

Visit connect.froedterthealth.org, and use your network log-in information and six-digit security code to sign in (see above for security code instructions).

Access the Employee Space icon and then select My Profile. Add your past employment history, education and credential information that you have received or that are currently working on obtaining.

Once you have updated your profile, select the Opportunities icon and select the My Applications tab. This will show you any current and active applications that you submitted previously.

In order to make sure your updated application overrides any older application you submitted, please withdraw your original application. Then resubmit your updated application through the Opportunities icon.

To withdraw an application, access the My Applications section. Find the position you wish to withdraw from, right click and select Withdraw.
