After leaving the hospital or clinic, you may require infusion therapy — any therapy delivered directly into your bloodstream or under the skin. Froedtert Home Infusion offers a safe and effective way to receive therapy in the comfort of your own home or in one of our infusion suites. We provide you with flexibility, independence, and cost-effective options.

Depending on your insurance coverage and personal preference, you can receive infusion therapy in one our infusion therapy suites or in your home if you live in Wisconsin. The Froedtert Infusion Therapy team of pharmacists and nurses are experts in coordinating and providing care in either of these settings.

Our team of pharmacists and nurses helps to coordinate care with you and your care team. We provide all of the necessary equipment, schedule nursing services, and work closely with you to ensure all of your needs and questions are addressed. It is important to us that infusion therapy be a smooth and easy experience for all involved.
