What to Expect

Please respect a limit of one visitor or support person per patient. If you think you've been exposed to COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms or need to learn more about testing, call your primary care provider's office or our hotline at 414-805-2000. We'll help you get the care you need.

When you select an appointment slot online or via the Froedtert & MCW app, a care team member will contact you to help you choose if the visit should be conducted as a virtual on-demand visit by video or in-person visit.

  • Face coverings and social distancing will be required for in-person visits as part of the strict safety measures we have in place.
  • If you do not have your own face covering, a disposable mask will be provided to you. Learn more about our safety measures.

If your organization has a contract with Workforce Health for employees to receive FastCare® visits or virtual video visits at no cost to the employee, use the designated service key code/employee ID number for virtual visits or to receive in-person care at no cost. Employees can reserve a slot for an appointment.
