What to Expect

Please respect a limit of one visitor or support person per patient. If you think you've been exposed to COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms or need to learn more about testing, call your provider's office. We'll help you get the care you need.

When you select an appointment slot online or via the Froedtert & MCW app, a care team member will contact you to help you choose if the visit should be conducted as a virtual on-demand visit by video or in-person visit.

  • Face coverings and social distancing will be required for in-person visits as part of the strict safety measures we have in place.
  • If you do not have your own face covering, a disposable mask will be provided to you. Learn more about our safety measures.

If your organization has a contract with Workforce Health for employees to receive FastCare® visits or virtual video visits at no cost to the employee, use the designated service key code/employee ID number for virtual visits or to receive in-person care at no cost. Employees can reserve a slot for an appointment.
