I love my doctor. She's a great listener.
Dr. Berry-Hooks did a complete run down on my medical history. She looked at past and current medical history to assess how to treat my current medical issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt her compassion and empathy. I found her very personable. I truly enjoyed meeting her and I am glad I established care with her as my primary care provider.

The overall experience was better than I've experienced with doctors before. I had all my questions answered and any fears removed. He was very genuine and really cared. Of the Clinics, Urgent Care or ER I've visited the last few months, I feel the best experience is at the Germantown Clinic. Everyone is professional, friendly and does their job very well. This includes Reception, MA's, Lab, and NP/Dr.!

Dr. Andy is always patient and caring, willing to answer my questions.
Just one small suggestion. The provider kept calling me "dear". I may be a senior citizen but I have my wits about me and am very active in my community. It made me feel like she thought I was really old and not quite with it.
