The lovely woman who drew my blood before my appointment was the most gentle drawer I have ever had and made getting bloodwork much more comfortable

I am a new patient. The provider was caring and thorough as we reviewed my health records. Never felt rushed.

We have been seen now at several Froedtert facilities including Oak Creek, Greendale, and the main campus in Wauwatosa. At every facility we have had nothing but great staff members that are always genuinely concerned about our health and whatever they are helping us with, including scheduling appointments and talking to triage nurses to see what we should do in certain situations where we aren't sure if we need to go to the emergency room or not. Thank you to ALL staff members at ALL facilities!! You're doing a great job!

I had an excellent PCP for 20 years, until 2020. Then my doctor left & I haven't been happy since. Dr. Kristen Dement is exactly what I have been searching for. She is so well rounded & knowledgeable on women's health. I am 62 and she helped me with two issues that I have been struggling with that my previous doctor didn't.

Dr Sarpong listened to my complaints about my symptoms. Did a thorough examination. Explained his findings and treatment plan.

Very good experience. Try not to burn this provider out. Medical Provider turnover is not an administrative achievement badge of honor.
