Excellent response time to achieve an appointment with my PCP. I would have been compelled to using an urgent care option otherwise. Dr Siddiqui is always kind and gracious with a good sense of humor.

Dr Dement and all the staff at this facility have made me feel more safe than any other clinic I've been to. I feel like I'm listened to, and not judged for any way I may come off. Dr Dement is the first doctor that actually took the time to ask me questions, work on solutions to my problems, and then execute the plan she thinks will solve my problems. 10/10 clinic

I was concerned about finding a replacement PCP, and Dr. Sarpong is the type of caring doctor I was hoping to find. He is attentive, caring, and relatable. He listens well and makes good eye contact, explains things in an understandable manner, and makes me feel comfortable during the visit.

Dr. Siddiqui is great!I did notice that the clinic had a cold temperature throughout the building. Any way to turn up the heat, especially in winter months?

I'm 52 and had not had a physical in 3 years. The doctor has excellent bedside manner and is clearly experienced and capable. But he appears to be rushing through the appointment. He did not check my eyes, ears, nose, throat or scan my body for any off signs. Did not ask if I do self exams for signs of growths. Did ask or check for hemorrhoids which I've had in the past. I was disappointed he was not more thorough given my age and time since last physical.

For a 1st time customer the impression was great, the whole team were very kind , caring helpful and informative

I came on the wrong day for my apportionment. From the front desk staff to the assistant to Mariska, all were extremely helpful and kind to fit my to an appointment on the day I showed up, not the day of the scheduled appointment.

Very much appreciated being added to the schedule. Breast lump determined to be benign so having it worked up quickly (ASAP) alleviated much anxiety.

Dr. Dement is amazing and is always willing to collaboratively, but I think patient satisfaction surveys are one of the worst things to happen to medicine.
