Oh yeah, I mentioned to her about the severe pain. I'm having in my left leg. She was not concerned at all. She just asked what I planned to do about it even though a year ago I had just had my right hip replaced.

Everyone at the greenfield clinic is friendly and professional

The on-line provider's video, does not seem to suggest the doctor I seen. I was lead to believe that she would be as caring to help with medically complex issues. Also to feel heard, and I didn't feel I could bring up any of those things.

I had such a positive experience. It was easy to complete check in. The MA who roomed me was incredibly kind and friendly. It was my first time meeting Dr. W and she exceeded all expectations. She provided education and reassurance throughout the visit. She acknowledged my husband who was also with me. I appreciated her warmth and candor but also her experience. The lab tech who took my blood did an excellent job, as painless as it can be. Finally, I needed to schedule out my appointments and the front desk was so helpful. They were patient and worked to get me the dates/ times I needed. Overall what a great first interaction with Froedtert!

I really like how fast my appointment went And how I was able to make it without talking to anybody on the phone by using the computer. It was so convenient

All Preop rooms should be equipped the the items necessary to do their job. I understand the facility I was at was fairly new to this particuler procedure, so that was taken into consideration while writing my response. My CNA had to go to another room to gather the equipment she need to take care of me...all in all, this was a great experience from beginning to end

The staff and Jennifer Richards was very professional and treated me with a lot of respect and care.

Dr. Fischer was serious about educating me about my condition, and I feel empowered to make the right decisions at the right time because of it.

Dr Fischer explained in clear language and pictures what my problems are. He gave good instructions about the plan for improvement. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me.

Dr Clements and her staff are all friendly, understanding and well versed in treatment

Dr. Fischer is a model health care provider - knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, patient, engaging and kind.

My provider, Dr Taylor Marino, is the best. I trust him and his care of me. I don't give that trust out easily.

I can only say good things about Dr. Gaglianello. She has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and doesn't rush me through my appointment. She makes me feel seen, and I would recommend her to everyone I know. She is truly the best.

He is thorough and doesn't rush. Listens well and makes a plan.

Some confusion initially. Staff sent me for an xray. At xray, no order. Waited while contacted Dr to find out no xray needed and sent back to physician office. Dr Fisher is kind, compassionate and thorough. Would highly recommend. Puts patients at ease and appreciated his sense of humor.
