Road Closure Changes Access to Lakefront Campus from Manitowoc
The City of Two Rivers has closed Roosevelt Avenue, impacting access to the HFM Lakefront Campus. Effective immediately, Memorial Drive eastbound traffic (heading toward Two Rivers) should use the Roosevelt Avenue turn lane as usual, but continue past Roosevelt Avenue to Lowell Street. Roosevelt Avenue is closed to all traffic; law enforcement is monitoring this. Continue on Lowell Street to Ninth Place. Turn right on Ninth Place and continue to Lakefront Way. Lakefront Way to Ninth Place will remain open for the duration of the project to allow access to the Lakefront Campus parking lot.
To leave the clinic, use the Lakefront Way exit from the parking lot, turning right onto Lakefront Way. Continue on Lakefront Way to Memorial Drive; turn right to return to Manitowoc.
The project is scheduled to be complete in mid-October.
