Dr. Rutsch is a great example of what a provider should be. She never rushes you during an appointment, takes time to listen, and knows more about you as a person then just a patient on her schedule for that day.

There was a larger than usual delay between seeing the nurse and seeing Sarah, due to her having a student that day. No complaints on my end with the timing- everyone has to learn, Sarah explained the reason, and Sarah does a great job at making sure you don't feel rushed when seeing her. I just wanted to add a bit more context to my only "Good" response, rather than all of the other "Very Good" responses. Overall, I think the whole team is excellent.

When she did the assessment on my child I immensely enjoyed how she showed him what she was going to do on his stuffed animal first!!!!
