My provider is awesome!!

I really love the Jackson Clinic. It is local, everyone is very friendly, it has a "home town feel" and it is not extremely busy.

Sarah Shortts is incredible. One of the best providers I have ever had. She is kind, compassionate, and listens well. She takes into consideration the whole person, family, and does not make brash decisions.

Very satisfied. Kara was professional, kind and listened to my concerns.

They truly listen and do their best to answer and help you make informed decisions.

Dr. A was wonderful. Made me and my daughter comfortable. He was relatable as well as knowledgeable. Would defiantly see him again if needed and look at him for primary care if we weren't already established.

Jaymie always takes time, listens to my concerns and gives me good advice. I recommend her highly!

I really appreciate Dr. Uting as a care provider. He is very thorough, takes time to listen to any thoughts/concerns, and helped walk through solutions/care of the condition I have been dealing with.

We were about a quarter of the way through my appointment when my doctor realized I had diabetes. This was disheartening, as I hadn't been to primary care since I was diagnosed a year ago and I don't feel the doctor took time to even read through my chart prior to meeting with me. It felt more like checking the boxes of normal process than concern for current health. Once I let her know I was diagnosed, she asked some questions but having to alert her rather than her seeing on my chart since my last visit was concerning
