I would like to mention how pleasant the tech was that completed my blood draw. She was kind and professional. Her ability to insert the needle without pain and leave not one bit of bruising shows a true skill. I apologize that I do not remember her name. I would like her to know this. I would appreciate it if someone could let her know my thoughts. AND - my visit with Dr. Kleczka was again a positive experience. She is a patient listener. She is respectful. I enjoy my visits with her. Dr. Kleczka is always prompt with her comments on My Chart results.
