Both staff and doctor were wonderful. My visit was quick, but not rushed. Five stars for the people and technology.

Every person I had contact with from the start of my visit to leaving was very kind. I left the visit feeling great about every person I interacted with.

Dr. Stoming is excellent in listening, and considers my thoughts/motivations in the health care plan; so glad to have him as my doc! I brought up an issue that wasn't high risk (wax-plugged ear canal); he and two assistants were kind to provide lavage while I was there (and it was a challenge). One of the assistants formerly worked with an ENT doc, so that made me feel more at ease (I hadn't had a lavage before, so needed reassurance that some dizziness was a normal side effect of the treatment).

Dr. Lenz is the most caring physician I have ever met.

Dr Jinn is the best! She's an excellent doctor and person to talk to.

I expressed my desire to see Dr. Jin only because of her understanding of my health needs, her ability to communicate and work with me. It is difficult to schedule with Dr. Jin, yet in a time of medical need she finds time to see me. When professionals like Dr Jin are well liked, have compassion and is able to communicate in layman's terms, patients like me will continue seek her out.

She was very respectful and validating. She included me in shared decision making and ensured all my questions were answered.

I do not recall the medical assistant which worked with me, they were very kind and friendly. This was my first visit with Dr. Stoming, I really appreciated the feeling of genuine care and understanding during my visit. He was very easy to communicate with.

The assistant who checked me in and took my blood pressure, etc was AMAZING! So friendly and professional. She had such a calming wonderful energy. My provider Dr. Stoming is the BEST! I am so grateful for having him as my doctor - he never makes me feel rushed, takes time to listen, explains things clearly and very professional. I am confident in his abilities to take care of my multiple conditions. A++ for Dr. Stoming and A++ for the staff! Also, I had a lab visit after my appt with Dr. Stoming and the phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful! I have thrombocytopenia and usually always have a mark/bruising from blood draws (this is typical for me) and there is ZERO from today's venipuncture - wow! And the front desk staff were all GREAT! You need to hire more primary doctors like Dr Lenz. He listens, takes my concerns seriously and actually cares about things like diet and exercise and how it relates to my health concerns.

Dr Malcom is a great physician to have. He is always very concerned about my issues. He is thorough and always includes me in my care plan.
