Dr.Bown is a very good doctor. He was very thorough talking to me about my health care. He listened to me about any concerns I had about my health and suggested some small changes I could apply to lessen my slightly high A1cs.

Dr Barczak takes fabulous care of me. We discuss issues, options and next steps. He is very professional, kind and thorough. I have recommended him to others.

Dr. Bejma has excellent communication skills and explained everything clearly.

Dr. De Sousa is excellent. He has given me exceptional treatment with my arthritic condition. So knowledgeable and takes time to make sure you understand every aspect if your condition.

I scheduled my eye appointment and 6 months check up the same day and it worked great.They even got me in a little early for my check up so very little waiting.

The fact that Tammie had already looked into my file, read my notes, looked at my scans and ultrasound, was a definitive moment for me, realizing how professional and cared for I would be. It has been Exceedingly rare to have someone enter the room with background context and understanding. It should be a standard of care anywhere, but the fact that it was so prevalent here and obvious that I didn't have to detail my entire medical history was incredibly profound for me.

I completed this survey as POA for my mom. Mom has dementia and is not very mobile (unable to get her out of her wheelchair for appointments. Despite those challenges, the vision tech and doctor both did a great job working around these challenges and accomplishing the goals of this follow up visit. They showed great patience while working with mom despite these significant challenges. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you.
