I am 64 yrs and this is the first time in all of my doctor visits, that I felt cared about. Doctor Kosaraju was incredibly kind, thoughtful in my care, and mindful of my thoughts and concerns.

It's a real pleasure receiving care from Dr Bown. I look forward to seeing him, and I always come away feeling heard, respected well served. I think his basic orientation as a doctor of osteopathy has a lot to do with it.

Debbie was very professional, polite and empathetic. She clearly explained each part of the hearing test before it was performed. She answered all my questions completely. She reviewed the results of the tests with me in a very understandable manner and remained focused on me the entire time. I did not feel she was rushing through the appointment. She made me feel heard. Debbie is truly an asset to your clinic and definitely displays her concern for the patient.
