My PA, Jeff Nelson is a stellar listener to everything I have questions about. He always answers everything extremely thoroughly and is very helpful in our discussions. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

The MA explained during the pre-visit call that the clinic was having connection issues. She told me Mandy would try to connect, which she did. But the video cut out after a few seconds and Mandy called me right away. I was still able to get all the information I needed and have my questions answered so this was still very helpful.

Very professional as well as good listeners, caring, courteous, helpful and cheerful.

If friends need help I will refer them to Froedtert doctors.

I have really had a lot of bad experiences with different doctors but every doctor I've seen in this clinic has left me impressed. The first time I saw Dr. Kurri She was 30 to 40 minutes behind schedule which took more time out of my workday and I was upset. Until after the appointment, I said I don't care if she's an hour behind I will keep seeing her because she listened to me and explain things to me and was very thorough. Love. Love. Love. (I will say it would be nice if I could know in advance if she is behind schedule as I could bring Work to the clinic to do)

Dr. Haas is an excellent provider. She listens to me and explains her recommendations in a clear and concise manner. She is prepared for my annual visit with questions and suggestions for me. She has a kind and encouraging way of communicating.

My experience has been very satisfying with every encounter. I am getting used to the scheduling protocol. I only wish there were more available appointments with one's primary.
