Many factors may increase a woman’s chance of having a high-risk pregnancy, and we can help determine what those factors might be, how they might be managed and, through counseling, help a woman and her family make informed decisions about her current or planned pregnancy.

Fetal Concerns Center

The Fetal Concerns Center provides a complete range of care for women whose pregnancies are complicated by concerns of fetal abnormalities. Froedtert & MCW health network and Children's Wisconsin work in close collaboration to deliver high-quality, comprehensive fetal care.

Risk factors that may make you a good candidate for care with us include:

  • Diabetes
  • Multiple births
  • Clotting disorders
  • Bleeding disorders
  • Family history of birth defects or genetic conditions
  • Advanced maternal age
  • Abnormal pregnancy testing
  • Previous pregnancy complications
  • Heart conditions, high blood pressure or other maternal medical conditions
