Froedtert Health announces Steve Little as president of Holy Family Memorial

Milwaukee — Froedtert Health today announced that Steve Little has been named as president of Holy Family Memorial effective Monday, March 1, the first expected day of Froedtert Health and Holy Family Memorial’s affiliation. Little will succeed Brett Norell who previously announced his departure effective Feb. 28, 2021.

Little joined Froedtert Health in 2020 as senior vice president of network development, drawing from extensive executive experience in health care. As a well-regarded senior leader, he recently served as chief operating officer for SSM Health’s Wisconsin Region. He joined SSM Health when it acquired Agnesian HealthCare (Fond du Lac) in 2018. He served in progressive executive roles at Agnesian HealthCare, including eight years as president and CEO.

“Through exceptional care, enhanced by both innovation and discovery, our mission continues to be focused on becoming and being the trusted leader in the communities we serve by transforming health care and connecting communities,” said Cathy Jacobson, president and chief executive officer of Froedtert Health. “Steve’s extensive experience and proven leadership in the region will enable him to continue to position Holy Family Memorial as a trusted health care leader and will enable our two organizations to continue to execute on our mission centered goals of advancing the health of the communities we serve.”

“I am very excited to be joining the Holy Family Memorial team and look forward to continuing to advance the mission centered values that are so foundational to the delivery of health care in Manitowoc and beyond,” said Steve Little. “Expanding access to health care is so critical in this region and I will be focused on solidifying the partnership between Holy Family Memorial and Froedtert Health to expand this access to care. However, I am most excited about partnering with all those within the Holy Family Memorial team and will place a premium on communicating, listening and engaging all team members and the community to strengthen our region’s health care.”

Little earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
