West Bend, Wis. — St. Joseph’s Hospital welcomes Sandra Giernoth and Tracy Pearson to its board of directors.
Sandra Giernoth, deputy district attorney for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, also serves on the board of directors for United Way of Washington County. She is the co-chair of the executive council and the prior chair of professional development for the Emerging Leaders of Washington County. She previously served as assistant district attorney for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Carroll College where she double majored in history and politics with a minor in philosophy. Sandra received her law degree from Marquette University Law School.
Tracy Pearson is the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Regal Ware where she oversees the Finance Human Resources, IT and Corporate Legal Department. She has been in with the Regal Ware family since 2014. She brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations and has extensive public and private experience in healthcare, distribution, technology services and energy sectors. Tracy holds a master’s degree in finance and organizational consulting from Boston College.
