Last week, Monica’s students, patients of the Froedtert & MCW Clinical Cancer Center, took part in a private class with Milwaukee Ballet’s second company to promote whole-person healing with ballet. Schultz and his team are one of the early adopters of Elekta’s Unity system, which combines high-field, 1.5 T magnetic resonance (MR) imaging with a state-of-the-art linear accelerator. This new generation of image-guided radiotherapy systems makes it possible to visualize the target area during treatment and adapt the radiation dose in real time.
