Individuals struggling with ongoing symptoms are referred by providers and have access to specialists with pulmonary, psychiatry, endocrine, hematology, cardiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology and ENT. Since its inception in January 2021, more than 500 individuals from 19 Wisconsin counties have been referred to the program.
