Our world-class physicians take a careful, detailed approach to evaluating, diagnosing and treating all types of spine-related disorders, including back and neck pain, neurological symptoms of nerve root or spinal cord pinching, degenerative conditions, congenital disorders, trauma and more.

Back and neck pain can be symptoms of an underlying and undetected condition. On the other hand, some conditions may mistakenly be blamed for back and neck pain, stiffness, lack of mobility or related symptoms. We have the training, experience and advanced technology to make a thoughtful and accurate diagnosis, and we take the time to listen to our patients. We then recommend the best course of treatment to get our patients back to their normal activities. In most cases, we can treat spine-related pain without surgery, but in some cases, surgery is required.

We also recognize that other musculoskeletal disorders — those that affect the body's muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and nerves – may be present in patients with back and neck symptoms. For that reason, we have a diverse team of musculoskeletal specialists who can treat all types of related orthopaedic disorders.

Back, Neck and Spine Conditions

Back, neck and spine problems are common, but making an accurate diagnosis and recommending the best treatment options requires advanced care. For example, disc herniation or spinal stenosis can cause severe pain. Other conditions can cause balance issues or problems with control of the arms or hands. We coordinate care for conditions including neck pain, low back pain, back and neck disc herniation, scoliosis, degenerative conditions, spinal stenosis, spinal fractures, radiculopathy, myelopathy, musculoskeletal tumors and much more.

Advanced Diagnostics for Back and Neck Problems

We have state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities and advanced technology to help us make a precise diagnosis for each patient. We use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT scans, spine electromyography (EMG), and myelography in the diagnosis of spine-related conditions.

The Latest Treatments – Surgical and Non-Surgical

Our board-certified orthopaedic surgeons have special expertise with surgical management of neck and back problems. We also have an entire spectrum of non-surgical treatment options to help our patients. When surgery is necessary, we offer minimally invasive spinal surgery options where appropriate. Our specialists have advanced training in all forms of back surgery and reconstructive surgery.
