We perform the entire spectrum of orthopaedic surgeries, recommending these treatments only after first exploring non-surgical options when appropriate for the patient. And, we perform minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures whenever possible, which means less pain, fewer complications and faster recovery for patients.

We accept referrals from physicians throughout the region who send their patients to us for diagnosis and treatment — including some of the most challenging cases.
We care for the entire musculoskeletal system — bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons. Specifically, we perform orthopaedic surgeries to restore form and function to the foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.
Our orthopaedic surgeons perform all types of orthopaedic surgeries, including:
- Arthroscopy — Uses small incisions, small instruments and a miniature camera (arthroscope), to diagnose and treat problems inside a joint.
- Bunionectomy and toe surgery — To remove bunions and correct other toe conditions in order to relieve pain and improve function.
- Cartilage repair, implant or transplant — Procedures to restore cartilage, and implant or transplant cartilage, including the meniscus, to help prolong the life of a joint.
- Cyst removal — Some non-cancerous cysts, such as ganglions, may require surgical removal if they interfere with joint function.
- Fracture repair — For serious fractures, internal fixation procedures (using metal plates, pins or screws) can hold a fractured bone in place while it heals.
- Fusion — Joint fusion procedures, where the ends of the bone are fused together, are sometimes used to relive pain, especially in the spine, ankle, fingers and wrists.
- Joint replacement (partial, total and revision) — Joint replacement can help relieve pain and restore function in damaged, arthritic or painful joints. We perform all types of joint replacement procedures.
- Ligament repair or reconstruction — Procedures to repair or reconstruct damaged, torn or injured ligaments can help improve function.
- Limb-sparing and limb-salvage surgery — Innovative surgical approaches can be used to spare or salvage limbs instead of amputation, especially as part of treatment related to bone cancers, diabetes and other conditions.
- Minimally invasive surgery — Orthopaedic surgeries performed using a few small incisions and smaller instruments to reduce pain and complications.
- Nerve repair — Surgical options can help allow the nerve to heal and grow again. In some cases, nerve graft procedures use healthy nerves from other areas of the body to improve vital nerve function.
- Osteotomy — Cutting and reshaping of a bone to help relieve pressure on a joint, correct alignment or improve stability.
- Reattachment — Replantation of a body part that has been severed.
- Reconstruction — Options to reconstruct joints, tendons or ligaments can help relieve pain short of total replacement procedures.
