We recognize that being in the hospital may be a confusing and sometimes unsettling experience. Whether you’re a patient or a visitor, we’d like to make your stay at Froedtert Hospital as comfortable as possible.

Patient Relations Department

Patient Relations team members are available to assist patients, family members and friends with non-medical questions or concerns related to outpatient visits or hospital stays.

Contact Information

414-805-2882, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After 4:30 p.m., please call the main hospital number at 414-805-3000.

Problems or Concerns

If problems or concerns arise that cannot be resolved by the patient’s caregiver, a patient representative is available to listen and respond to patient/family questions, comments or concerns. Patient representatives facilitate communication between patients, family members and the patient’s caregivers to address these issues.

Concerns may include quality of care, access to information, team member communication and other issues. Patient representatives personally respond to patient and family concerns and recommend solutions to problems, all with the utmost confidentiality. We work closely with other departments and team members to achieve this goal.

Lodging

Family members in need of area lodging may obtain a brochure from Patient Relations or visit our lodging list.

Kathy’s House is the only hospital guest house in the area. Located near the Clinical Cancer Center at Froedtert Hospital campus, it provides hospitality lodging for out-of-town patients, family members and caregivers.
