Pharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship, antimicrobial resistance (specifically amongst gram-negative organisms), utilization of rapid diagnostic technology to optimize antimicrobial utilization

Current Projects

Antibiotic dosing and monitoring in continuous renal replacement therapy. Linezolid versus clindamycin in necrotizing fasciitis. Are men really that complicated? A retrospective evaluation of duration of therapy for cystitis in adult males at a large academic medical center. Safety and efficacy of posaconazole versus voriconazole antifungal prophylaxis in acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome.
