Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I pursued a residency in order to continue to gain practical experience in a learning environment. I would like to practice in an ambulatory care setting, and a residency will provide me experiences across a multitude of environments to help prepare me for a successful career.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
I appreciated the variety of rotations available in the Froedtert & MCW program. It’s great to get experience in several areas that I am interested in, and this will allow me to hone my skills in multiple disciplines. It was also important for me to work at a teaching hospital, as I would like to precept pharmacy students and learners throughout my career.
