Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I chose to pursue a residency so that I could continue to develop my clinical pharmacy and critical thinking skills this year to be the most competent and successful pharmacist I can be during my career.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
The Froedtert & MCW PGY1 acute care program included all of my must-haves for a residency program plus a few perks. There is a list of required rotation categories with a variety of options for each, a multitude of elective options, and access to a teaching certification program. Additionally, I noticed all of the staff were very welcoming and open to teaching.
