Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I decided to pursue a residency to advance my clinical knowledge while building confidence, leadership, and problem solving skills. I knew a residency would challenge me to practice at the top of my license and explore areas of pharmacy I had not been exposed to as a student.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
I was drawn to the Froedtert & MCW residency program because of the unique staffing model and elective rotations offered. This has given me an individualized residency and learning experience. Also, through interning and interviewing it was clear that there is a strong support system within the pharmacy department. The pharmacists are very welcoming and dedicated to advancing my clinical knowledge.
