Why did you choose to pursue a residency?
I chose to pursue a residency to expand my skills as a practitioner, researcher and mentor in order to practice at the top of my license. I knew the experiences provided throughout my residency years would challenge me to better myself and to find my passions as a confident pharmacist.
What attracted you to the Froedtert & MCW pharmacy residency program?
Froedtert Hospital is an established academic medical center where pharmacists have proven to be integral members of the interdisciplinary team both in practice and in research. I felt that the critical care preceptors are highly trained, motivated teachers who are passionate about resident development.
