All of our radiologists, interventional radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians are board-certified, having successfully completed an approved radiology education and training program and an evaluation process to assess their knowledge, skill and experience to provide quality patient care in their specialty area. Our physicians work with Information Technology Management, registered nurses, support staff and technologists and sonographers.

Information Technology Management (ITM)

The ITM team is responsible for all diagnostic imaging equipment within the Imaging Services Department and the hospital. Staff members maintain imaging equipment, test and monitor new equipment, repair equipment, educate medical and other staff throughout the facility, and maintain PACS and EPIC/Radiant systems. This team provides around-the-clock technical support.

Registered Nurses

Nursing services are provided in Imaging Services at our 3 hospital locations. Our RNs have extensive nursing experience and provide supportive care to patients during many of our exams and invasive procedures.

Support Staff

The Imaging Services Department utilizes specialized staff that provides support to the professional, technical and medical staff, allowing them to devote their time to the clinical aspects of patient care.

Our support staff is made up of imaging assistants, radiology clinical liaisons and coordinators, radiology educators, reception, transcription, billing analysts, scheduling and imaging leadership.

Technologists/Sonographers

All imaging exams are performed by highly skilled radiologic technologists, sonographers, or nuclear medicine/PET technologists who have an advanced board certification and/or license in their area of practice.
