While we wait all winter for the warmth of summer days, as temperatures rise, so does the risk of heat-related illnesses. Whether your team is working in warm indoor spaces or outside on hot days, it is important to know how to recognize heat-related illnesses and protect your employees.

Preventing Heat-Related Illnesses with Hydration
With the right precautions and awareness, heat-related illnesses are largely preventable. Hydration is your first line of defense. Ensure water is available and breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas are possible.
