Hip Hop Makes a Difference

Hip Hop Poster imageWisconsin's arts and music scene is rapidly gaining notoriety and two local organizations, Random Media Distribution and 6 Feet Above Entertainment, wanted to make use of this expanding popularity to do something positive for our community.

After much deliberation and research, they decided upon a charity concert event that would benefit the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Spinal Cord Injury Center.

And the choice wasn’t random. The presenters both have first-hand experience with Froedtert and the care provided in the Spinal Cord Injury Center.

Hip Hop Makes a Difference featured several of Milwaukee's finest hip hop acts including: Kritik, Sparkus Garvey, Higher Education Records and Amerika's Addiction.

All of the acts as well as the organizers of “Hip Hop Makes A Difference” live in the Milwaukee area and are deeply committed to the cause and the city as a whole.

Mason Schwab, President and CEO of Random Media Distribution said, “The idea was formed by the organizers while discussing the best way to make a positive impact on our city and Random Media Distribution and 6 Feet Above Entertainment are proud to be a part of this important event.”
