I feel very well cared for overall in all my experiences at Froedert. I used to feel the same way at my old provider but things rapidly declined and I do not plan to go back. I think it's important for Froedert to continue to train, support, value, and reimburse all employees to maintain this culture. Because it REALLY matters to the patient experience and currently sets you apart.
I really like Kegan Julien as my provider as well as his staff. Even though Kegan has taken a teaching position at the Medical College, he still returns my messages, calls, etc in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my care
