Look for a program that meets all of your most important requirements (location, rotations, class size etc) and talk to people associated with or in the program to determine if it would be a supportive program for you.

What attracted you to Froedtert Hospital’s PGY1/PGY2 program?

The abundance of rotations at an academic medical center, the additional opportunities offered and the supportive nature of the RPD and RPC.
