Advice for Potential PGY1 Candidates

Find your “connect to purpose”, and use that to help guide your decision when applying to and ranking programs. You will be much more engaged and supported during residency in programs that have the same values as you do.

What attracted you to Froedtert’s Non-Traditional PGY1 program?

What I like about the non-traditional program is the ability to develop my skills and confidence as a pharmacist in a more autonomous setting while still being able to hone the more niche skills in specific practice areas while on rotation.
