Inpatient Rehabilitation

Froedtert Bluemound Rehabilitation Hospital serves as a “home before home,” offering physical, occupational and speech therapies and other rehabilitation services.

There are dedicated stroke, brain and spinal cord injury units, each with its own daily activities space for visitors and families to connect with patients.

Our dedication to high-quality, individualized rehabilitative care has earned us accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Admissions and Referrals

If you know someone that could benefit from inpatient rehabilitation, call our admissions department at 414-805-7373. The process begins with a Froedtert & MCW liaison completing a clinical assessment of the potential patient to determine their medical stability and appropriateness for admission. Our admissions team will work directly with you, the insurance company, physicians, case managers and social workers to coordinate a safe transfer to the Froedtert Bluemound Rehabilitation Hospital.

Bluemound Campus Entrances and Parking

The Froedtert Bluemound Campus includes the following locations.

  • Froedtert Bluemound Rehabilitation Hospital (entrance on Bluemound Road)
  • Froedtert Bluemound Clinics (entrance on 99th Street)

There are limited surface lot spaces available in front and a large parking garage connected to the back of the building accessible from 99th Street.
