Construction Update

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation recently sent notice of the following lane and road closures near the hospital campus during May:

Highway 100 construction south of Blue Mound; expected to last a few months; expect lane closures.
Blue Mound from Highway 100 to 124th Street: Pavement repairs; expect lane closures; work expected to take two weeks in May
Swan Boulevard north of Menomonee River Parkway: Road closed to northbound traffic for two weeks in May between Menomonee River Parkway and Stickney Avenue

Driving Directions

From Sheboygan and Manitowoc
Follow I-43 south to downtown Milwaukee and take exit 10 (I-94 west toward Madison). Continue past Miller Park and State Fair Park and take exit 305B, on US Hwy 45 toward Fond du Lac. Approximately one mile north, exit on Watertown Plank Road (exit 40).

From Racine and Kenosha
Follow I-94 north toward Milwaukee. Shortly past the airport, veer left on exit 316 (I-894 bypass toward Madison and Fond du Lac). Follow I-894 as it again intersects with I-94 near the zoo. Approximately one mile north, exit on Watertown Plank Road (exit 40).

From Beloit and Northern Illinois
Follow I-43 to where it joins with I-894 and US Hwy 45 and go north toward Fond du Lac. Approximately one mile north, exit on Watertown Plank Road (exit 40).

From Fond du Lac
Follow US Hwy 45 south to Milwaukee, passing Mayfair Mall. Approximately one mile past North Avenue, exit on Watertown Plank Road (exit 40).

From Madison
Follow I-94 east toward Milwaukee, past Moorland Road. Take exit 305B (US Hwy 45 toward Fond du Lac) which veers to the left. Approximately one mile north, exit on Watertown Plank Road (exit 40).

From Mitchell International Airport
