
As a Brain Injury Physician, I take care of patients across the full continuum of care, including ICU, acute hospitalization, acute inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient clinical practice. I provide interventions to help mitigate physical, cognitive, and behavioral deficits associated with brain injury. The treatment includes medications, injections (i.e., botulinum toxin, occipital nerve blocks, trigger point, joint, etc.), and thoughtfully designed custom therapy programs. I am also passionate about clinical innovation and research and passing on this knowledge to medical students and residents.

As a mid-career physiatrist, I have extensive experiences in all areas of post-acute care and rehabilitation of patients with the acute and chronic neurologic disability. I have worked in acute inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinic and consultative services, while teaching outpatient clinic and consultative services, while teaching residents and working on clinical research projects.
