I appreciated how I was listened to and the explanation of each procedure. I was very comfortable with the knowledge and professionalism afforded me.

OMG! I've been going to ENTs for almost 50 years. Jessica was so good at listening, verifying that I was following her, explaining helpful concepts, and being a generally kind and intelligent person, that I almost reached out and gave her a hug in the middle of the appointment. Maybe my comments are fueled more by the bad experiences I've had with at least a dozen ENTs I've worked with than it does Jessica, but even if that's the case, it doesn't negate the fact that Jessica has an amazing ability to listen and explain things. I have often gotten good news while at ENT appointments, but upon arriving home, my wife noted that she's never seen me smile when reporting back an ENT appointment. That's all thanks to Jessica. (And the support staff was solid, too-thanks to them!)

Dr Hoppe is kind, caring and knowledgeable . She takes time to listen and talk with you. That goes for Karen at the front desk always friendly. And the nurse who did the pre check.

Dr. Hoppe is absolutely fantastic at what she does, and makes me feel much more at ease with procedures that are difficult for me. I really trust her expertise, and have recommended her to family and friends. Every other staff member I interact with has also been very friendly and great to work with.
