I am so so thankful for the providers' kind bedside manner, everyone at least seemed to be in a positive mood and that really helps me stay at ease in a setting such at this. I know providing excellent "customer service" with a smile is very taxing on top of everything else they do so I like to make sure I emphasize my thankfulness for good bedside manners!
