I met with Jessica for the first time earlier this morning and I found her to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. She took the time to address my concerns and answer all of my questions. She seems to genuinely enjoy her career.
Dr Hoppe is the best. Her ENT expertise is remarkable. She answered all my questions and told me what I needed to know. I will recommend her to family and friends.

I have never had such a detailed and thorough explanation of what was going on and what could happen depending on next steps given to me. Jessica was so knowledgeable, showing me diagrams and explained everything. I felt very comfortable and absolutely that I was in great hands.

Yes my appointment. Was basically a waste of time. There was imaging included and most practitioners would have had the images of the c. T already pushed through the system and that was not the case. The NP never had the images from an outside provider. They had the report but not the images and this should have been done ahead of time prior to my appointment.
Dr. Hoppe is GREAT. With her help she found my cancer and developed the process for complete recovery. 2 1/2 years
The Dr was short with the answers. Didn't really explain things. I was told she doesn't know about a question about something stated on the MRI, that I would need to see a different doctor for that. She appears to be not very caring, and in a rush with her time.
