Awkward to have student do the initial consult, and then very clearly hear him brief the doctor in another room.

All levels of interaction from booking the appt. with the scheduler, reception, nurses, and Dr. Young were comprehensive, professional, and thoughtful.

I have seen Dr. Young in the past, but last visit was in 2008. However, he is very informed about my medical history, especially with regard to sports medicine and injuries/conditions. I totally trust his judgment and recommendations. I hope we can work together to find the source(s) of my condition and discover a treatment program/resolution to allow me to have a better quality of life.

My only issue was the period of time I waited. First I arrived 30 minutes early per instructions provided. I then waited 10 minutes in the waiting room beyond my appointment time. Once in the exam room, I waited an additional 40-50 mins to see the Doctor. Scheduling needs work.....

I feel he should have ordered more tests before starting me on therapy. He only checked the symptoms, not the cause.
April 10, 2019
I liked that he did not recommend surgery, but suggested different options for my "frozen" shoulder.

I had to limp down the hallway from exam room to x-ray room and stop a few times to rest. A wheel chair should have been offered.

When I made my appointment the scheduled updated my info. Only to find out that they called my old phone no and cancelled my appointment. I only knew bec I called an hour before my appointment to ask for directions. so that was very stressful finding out that my appointment was cancelled until the last minute. I was so upset since I took off work. then they transferred me to the scheduler again and she said that Dr Young's clinic opened again and that he would be able to see me that afternoon. so I am happy that he saw me but up until that point it was very stressful for me. the cancellation and opening of his clinic had something to do with the Brewer's game. this was the only thing that was not good with my experience but otherwise it was a great experience.
