It was very pleasant!! They were all so nice and very professional.

I was impressed with the help and concern shown by the PA.

The only problem is everyone is very busy in terms of making an appointment. But actually Liz had availability and I could work out a reschedule as well as one could. That is probably a good problem; they medical providers are well regarded and desired!
