In my practice, I like to establish a relationship and connect with my patients and their loved ones. I want to be able to talk honestly and craft a care plan that is tailored to the individual desires of my patients. I want my patients to be comfortable coming to see me so that I am best equipped to make unique recommendations and proper treatments that is best for each patient. I also strive to further my education to be the best provider possible. I will always continue to be up to date in my education and build on my foundation of knowledge to ensure I am able to identify the proper diagnosis as well as provide the appropriate treatment plan.

About

My name is Grant Geisler, and I am a physician assistant and new graduate currently working in cardiology with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. I completed my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. That is where I fell in love with the city and decided to make it my home. Originally, I am from a small town in Illinois called Mount Zion, and it is where my family still resides today. The thing I like to do most is spend time with my fiancé Bayleigh and our dog, Sprout. I also enjoy making the most out of the beautiful city of Milwaukee. I am always on the lookout for unique events going on whether it be live music, catching a show at one of the many theatres, eating unique foods or food trucks, or trying out newly opened places in the community. I also love being outside whether it be on a run, playing a sport, going to the beach, or just sitting outside. I take pride in being an avid sports fan of the University of Illinois and Chicago sports.

The staff at the check-in counter was both friendly and professional (and quick). My discussion with Grant Geisler was very helpful; he was very knowledgeable about my condition as well as opportunities for improvement.
First time seeing Dr. Grant. Very nice, easy to talk to, answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
My lack of dramatic symptoms makes discussing treatment options very important to me. Grant is very knowledgeable on future more agressive treatment options and pros and cons for changing medications. I appreciate his pragmatic approach very much.

Grant was very positive and listened to my concerns and wanted to trial changes in meds for short duration to help determine labs / bp issues /edema. There were multiple reasons I could not comply at the time and staff was helpful in documenting need to delay initiation of trial till issues resolved.
Takes time to explain all issues, has a conversation about all aspects of treatment and expectations. He is easy to understand and considerate.
