I appreciate that she was able to get me in the same day I called.

This was my first and LAST time seeing Dr. Ho. She dismissed my concerns as if they were not important. She was cold, short with her answers and never offered any alternative solutions.

Worth noting that the receptionist at the Froedtert Mequon location had quite the attitude and maybe should have taken the day off. Everyone else that I worked with to get the care needed was absolutely wonderful. The medical assistant and MD were so kind and understanding. The nurse at Froedtert Mequon was also so helpful along with the woman from central scheduling.
So listen to you so that you can care about your patient

My doctor was quiet and reserved (to be fair, it was an EARLY morning appointment), but perfectly competent and adequately addressed my main concern. I am satisfied with the care I received.
